Hi Everyone!! Welcome to my blog!!!
Welcome to "Dreaming in Lip gloss", my new beauty blog. I'm sure this blog will grow and change with time, but for now it will be mostly beauty based with a tad bit of fashion thrown into the mix. As for the name, we all have day dreams right?? We all have dreams for what we want or would love to achieve. Why not have those dreams with your most fabulous coloring lip gloss on. My dream is to just teach one person something they didn't know about make up, skin care, or fashion.
I love to teach and I also love to learn new things to pass on. I used to be on the other end and had no clue about being girly or makeup. I'm from a small town in the country and I played sports so if it didn't involve ball shorts and being able to pull my hair in a ponytail I wasn't interested. Once I got married and no longer in sports I had to change. With watching Youtube videos and lots of practice I have learned many things.
In my blog I will be sharing products that I have purchased and giving my opinion on them, giving tips and tricks on applying products, and fashion/beauty trends. I hope that you will follow my page and my journey with me.

About Me
I am self-taught in makeup and I am a beauty product junkie in a small town in Kentucky. I have also been a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant for the past two years. My husband and I have been together since I was a sophomore and he was a senior in high school(11 years ago...shh! don't tell). We will be celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary...drum roll....tomorrow(May 2nd). Craziness! Yes I got married young but I wouldn't change a thing.
Of course I can't leave out the most important person, Shila, our fur baby! She has been in our family for four years. I have a lot of fertility problems and have suffered three miscarriages, Shila has been there for two and has really helped take my mind of the pain with her cuteness and craziness. Since she is like my child of have more pictures of her on my phone than us put together and I love taking selfies! Prepare yourself for a few pictures of her and her cuteness.
